The new foraging book on the edible seashore!

What people are saying:

A thoroughly enjoyable read, very comprehensive and well balanced covering all the areas I wanted to know about. It certainly makes me want to plan an early excursion to the coast. – Chris.

I received your book this morning and have read it cover to cover and must say I’m very happy, great field book for me, I spend a lot of time on the coast open canoeing and wild camping. I like very much that the wild edibles in the book are easy to id, I’m sure iv walked over a few of these oops also all the edibles in your book grow and live here in the UK.
Some I have knowledge of and eat but didn’t know about some of the other uses so once again great stuff.
I have found with the many other food for free type books i get so confused with the amount of info so for to id them gets difficult or the foods they show don’t grow in this country or are very rare.. I will recommend this book to my buddy’s, to me its bomb proof edibles gathering and preparations explained the right way. –  Angelo.

Paperback perfectly bound A5 size. 86 pages with colour photos.

Some past client course feedback :

Hi Fraser,

Just a quick email to say me and my sister very much enjoyed Saturday’s forage ~ Phil’s a great chap and he was very interesting.

I know he was going to put an email together with a few book titles / summary of things we covered ~ I wondered if this was to hand at all?

Many thanks, and I hope to attend another day with you guys soon.

Karen Murphy

Hi Fraser, Your demo at the Really Wild Food Show near St David’s yesterday really was inspirational, thank you!!
I was amazed at what can be found in the hedgerows & as specially for myself living near the coast here
in Goodwick, Pembrokeshire.
I have already been foraging today & found some of the seeds akin to black pepper corns but am still
learning to differentiate between Hogweeds & Alexanders!!!
Do hope your cat wounds are abating, take care! Regards, Jo

Hi Fraser, Just thought that I would drop you a thank you email…Richard and I had the most amazing couple of days with a group of very nice and interesting people…..please thank Tom, Chris and Rob for their company and knowledge. Hopefully we will stay in touch and maybe link in with future courses…..We also look forward to your company when you visit Wales….Many Thanks again to yourself. Claire and Richard. Just a brief e-mail to say thanks for taking us out last week.
We both really enjoyed our time with you both & learnt a great deal.
We can now put some names to the plants we had previously ignored
while out for a walk!
Final question: Will you allow us back to spend some more time out
with you both? Once again, many thanks, all the best. Piers & Sarah-Jan

A great day in the sunshine.
Learnt lots of new things and been out with my wife Jan today collected some food
and made wild garlic and nettle pancake for lunch. Plan to keep foraging when I can.
Would recommend the course for anyone who wants to try something new and reconnect with nature.
